Shireen Tate Joins Our Practice

Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation Expands the Staff

DAPHNE, AL (October 25, 2010)

Comprehensive Pain and Rehabilitation (CPR), located in Daphne, Alabama and Pascagoula, MS announces the addition of a new member to their staff, Shireen Tate, who has joined the practice as a nurse practitioner.

Tate, who received her MSN degree from UAB, is certified in Family and Palliative Care. Palliative care is any form of medical care or treatment that concentrates on reducing the severity of disease symptoms for people facing serious, complex illness.

“I’m excited to be part of the CPR pain management team,” says Tate. “There is so much you can do to help people with chronic pain. I look forward to working with them to improve our patient’s function and quality of life.” Tate also received her BA and MS at UAB. Prior to joining CPR, Tate worked with Life South, the American Red Cross and Alabama CARES.
